We have now recieved are young enterprise packs.

Very Exciting

Cognitive: What thought lead them to choose or act a certain way?

Sitting with a cup on the chair.

The subject couldn’t had to hold the cup as she did not feel comfortable placing it any where as there was no convenient  surfaces.

Moving around on the chair with the cup the subject thought she might spill the contents of the cup.

Emotional: How does the product/service make them feel? What motivates them emotionally?

Sitting on the chair with a cushion for the back.

The Subject liked the colour as it was here favourite colour and liked the way it matched the chair’s fabric.

She felt stressed with the cushion there as she could not move freely.

Physical: What physical factors impact the activity for good or bad?

Subject sat on the chair with a bag.

Subject felt uncomfortable with the bag as there was little space for the subject and bag on the chair.

found a way to physically move the bag to the back of the chair but it felt precarious.
